Q: How long does it take for the application to be processed?
A: About 3 to 5 business day

Q: What is the $200 non-refundable fee for?
A: It starts as a holding fee and then it turns into a cleaning fee.

Q: What if I have good credit and everything else but rental history or the other way around?
A: If this is the case, the owner may require an additional deposit.

Q: What would be an automatic denial?
A: Evictions, lease break, bankruptcy (it really depends on what's it is, we would ask the owner & get back to you before submitting your application), usually any misdemeanors and felonies.

Q: Are pets allowed and what are the fees or deposits?
A: The listing will identify if they are allowed. Pets must be approved by the property owner. As for the fees, it is $200 for the first pet and $100 for any additional pets.
