COVID-19 policy announcement:

The COVID-19 virus, and its effect on society, continues to affect each one of us. We had hoped to open our doors to normal business operations. However, this is currently not possible.  For the protection of the general public, our vendors, owners, employees, and our tenants, Hayden Group will continue taking the following steps to help minimize the chance of coming into contact with the virus

1)
Hayden Group will operate as normal save that our office hours will be reduced (10am-4pm) and our office will be locked and off limits to anyone but its employees. We understand that this creates some challenges for many of you, however we feel this is the best way to help protect one another. To help alleviate these challenges we have many options for rent and maintenance requests to be submitted.
 
  • Drop box - Drop your rent or maintenance request in the drop box located on the right side of the entry door into the office. Request a receipt with your rent/request and we will email or mail you a copy.
  • Pay online - Request a portal activation link either through email or by phone. With an activation link you are able setup your online portal and pay rent. This is the easiest and simplest way to pay your rent and submit maintenance requests. A valid email and checking account are required.
  • Mail in your rent – Send you rent via the United States Postal Service. Any mail dated by the 4th of the month will not be considered late. 

2) Hayden Group employees and third-party vendors will limit access to interiors of property with the following guidelines

  • If tenants answer yes to any of the following questions prior to an in-person meeting or in-unit non-emergency maintenance request, the appointment will be rescheduled (or attempt to conduct in an alternate way).
    1. I have traveled to an area where COVID-19 is spreading within the past 14 days.
    2. I have been in close contact with people who have traveled to areas where COVID-19 is spreading within the past 14 days.
    3. I have been around people who are sick with colds or flu.
    4. I have symptoms of a cold.
    5. I have a fever or have had a fever within the past week.
    6. I have been nauseated, have vomited, or had diarrhea within the past week.

As always, we are dedicated to providing the day to day services of items we have control over and will adapt when this is not possible.  Please continue to follow the precautionary measures and guidelines recommended by local and federal governments.
