Applicant Screening Process:
    We conduct all screening processes within our office.
    We run credit reports, a thorough background check which includes a search of public records for any criminal problems.

Inspections:
     We conduct move in and move out inspections. We will drive by the property monthly to observe the exterior, and walk through the interior yearly.

Problem & Maintenance Calls:
    Our office is open five days a week, and a member of our staff is always on call for emergencies.
